PAYMENTS

All prices include VAT. Due to fluctuation in material prices and exchange rates, we reserve the right to change product’s price at any time without further notice. The final price is subject to our final quote.

Orders and Payments

Orders should be given in a clear way to signify what products are being requested and in quantity (I.E specifying 3 cartons of Strawberry Popping Bubbles, 1 carton of Taro Powder etc). After checking your order, we send you an advance payment invoice that doubles as your order confirmation. After receiving payment, we will process your order and ship the goods within two business days.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food, beverage items and customised products are non-refundable. We do not provide a free returns service, any returns must be organised and paid for by yourself. Should the product be damaged in transit or be handled in a way which would not be permitted to be resold, you will be held solely responsible and will pay the full amount for the damaged goods. If the product you have received is faulty or described incorrectly or a warranty exists on the product, please provide evidence so that we can further investigate.

SALES

All sales are strictly subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable the customer will be informed and a suitable replacement will be offered, if this is not acceptable, the customer will be refunded in full.

All discounts are approved on a transactional basis and will not be applicable for future orders. Discounts are at the full discretion of the director of the company and can be withdrawn at any time.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please take a moment to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, we kindly ask you to reach out to us immediately. Please note that providing evidence of the issue will assist us in conducting a thorough investigation to address the matter effectively.

While we take great care in packaging your order, any damages that occur during transit are the responsibility of the courier company. If you receive a damaged package, we advise capturing photographic evidence from various angles in clear light to aid us in resolving the issue with the courier company.

If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at info@bobaformosa.co.uk or contact us with photographic evidence of all the items received. This will enable us to investigate the matter promptly and take corrective action as necessary.

Furthermore, if a dispatched order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the courier fees associated with re-delivery. We do not offer a free returns service and are unable to refund postage costs or the original delivery charge. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
