Delivery Methods


    Due to the impact of Covid-19 and new social distancing rules, there has been a change in the way we process, pick, dispatch, and deliver your orders. This has affected our partners (warehouse and couriers etc) in different ways.

    To help manage your expectations of our delivery services during these unprecedented times, if you place your order before 12 pm, it will be processed and sent to the warehouse on the same day. If you place your order after 12 pm it will be processed and sent on the next working day to the warehouse to be picked.

    From this time, we ask you to allow 1-4 working days for the warehouse to pick your order this is due to having to adhere to operating procedures which can change. 

    Once your order has been fully picked and dispatched it goes out on a premium next day delivery service. You will receive a shipped notification in the evening to the email address associated with your accountYour order will typically be delivered the following working day upon receipt of this notification if based in Mainland UK providing there are no courier delays (due to prioritising essential business deliveries).

    Whilst the above is a general guideline to how we are operating, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days to receive your order if based in Mainland UK as we adhere to government standards and take into account all potential delays. If based outside Mainland UK and or Europe please allow 10-12 working days to receive your order.

    Due to the above, we cannot guarantee any next day services although we will endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible. Our current courier partners include UPS, DPD, DHL, and TPN (pallet deliveries only). Deliveries are attempted Monday – Friday between 8 am – 6 pm.

    All deliveries require a signature, please ensure someone is available at your chosen delivery address between the above stated times to sign and accept the delivery. Redeliveries fees may apply if deliveries are missed. We are working closely with our warehouse and delivery partners to reduce these times but also within the advice of the government. 


    Boba Formosa will deal with all the tasks involved in moving goods from the warehouse to the pavement. Pallet drivers may call you to book in the delivery beforehand or to call you upon arrival. Please ensure you answer your phone for this as any missed deliveries can be charged. If you choose this method of delivery please note that the delivery includes the pallet. For information about pallet disposal, contact your local authority. Please make sure you or a member of your team is available to accept your delivery, between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays.


Payment methods


    Payment is the final step of the purchasing process. Boba Formosa pays special attention to this point as making payment in a secured environment is a must. We accept Visa & MasterCard and other major card providers. 


    We accept Bank Transfer Payments. Once the order is placed, please proceed to payment. Payment details are included on the invoice provided at the time of placing your order. Your order is not confirmed until receipt of payment into our Bank account.

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you. Please note that we have a 2-hour Change of Order Policy.

Our main goal is to get your orders to you as fast as possible, if that means shipping items out separately that’s what we will do!


We have stock located at different warehouses, so instead of shipping your order to one location before shipping it out to you, we speed the process up by shipping it directly to you.

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder. If not then please email us and we will amend this for you right away.

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
