1-9 boxes: Parcel Delivery (Monday - Friday)
10+ boxes: Pallet Delivery (Monday - Friday)

🚛 London Delivery: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - own driver network

 (Cut-off time: Every Friday, Tuesday, and Thursday before 12:00 noon)


Remarks:

  • If 5+ boxes of the product are fragile (popping balls or coconut jelly), pallet delivery will be applied.
  • If the customer requests not to use a pallet and this results in damage, we will not be able to provide compensation.
  • Please inform us by email/ Whatsapp if there are any specific delivery instructions. ( Extra cost will be applied.)
  • Please contact us by email/ Whatsapp if you have a special request for same-day or Saturday delivery. Extra cost will be applied.
  • Pallet delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm. If re-delivery is required, redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Timed delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

      ⚠️ SHIPPING POLICY: 

      Please take a moment to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, we kindly ask you to reach out to us immediately. Please note that providing evidence of the issue will assist us in conducting a thorough investigation to address the matter effectively.

      While we take great care in packaging your order, any damages that occur during transit are the responsibility of the courier company. If you receive a damaged package, we advise capturing photographic evidence from various angles in clear light to aid us in resolving the issue with the courier company.

      If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at info@bobaformosa.co.uk or contact us with photographic evidence of all the items received. This will enable us to investigate the matter promptly and take corrective action as necessary.

      Any discrepancies (including damages, shortages, or incorrect items) must be reported in writing within 5 working days of the dispatch date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We reserve the right to investigate and verify all claims before issuing any replacements or credits.

      Furthermore, if a dispatched order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the courier fees associated with re-delivery. We do not offer a free returns service and are unable to refund postage costs or the original delivery charge. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
