Storage instructions:

Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within 1 month. Unopened, ambient storage.

Minimum 2 months shelf life unless specified otherwise.

Ingredients:

Low-gluten flour, Glucose, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Custard powder[Sugar, Modified starch, Coffee creamer(milk), Thickener(Carrageen, Xanthan gum), Flavour, Sweetener (Acesulfame potassium, Sucralose)], Raising agent(Rumford baking powder)

Contains Coffee creamer(milk) (allergen)

Recipe:

1. Begin by whisking 18g of whole egg with 100g of egg waffle mix until well combined.

2. Add 10g of milk, 4.6g of melted unsalted butter, and 43g of water to the mixture.

3. Mix at a low speed until smooth, then let the batter sit for 5 minutes before using.

4. Pour the egg waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until done.

Notes: Following the above instructions, each bag of 1kg can serve about 10 units of waffles.

Optional: Serve with your choice of cheese, chocolate sauce, jam, or syrup for added flavour.
