      Furthermore, if a dispatched order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the courier fees associated with re-delivery.       PAYMENTS

      All prices include VAT. Due to fluctuation in material prices and exchange rates, we reserve the right to change the product’s price at any time without further notice. The final price is subject to our final quote.

      ORDERS & PAYMENTS

      Orders should be given in a clear way to signify what products are being requested and in quantity (i.e. specifying 3 cartons of Strawberry Popping Bubbles, 1 carton of Taro Powder etc). After checking your order, we sent you an advance payment invoice that doubles as your order confirmation. After receiving payment, we will process your order and ship the goods within two business days.

       

      REFUNDS POLICY

      Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food, beverage items and customised products are non-refundable. We do not provide a free returns service, any returns must be organised and paid for by yourself. Should the product be damaged in transit or be handled in a way which would not be permitted to be resold, you will be held solely responsible and will pay the full amount for the damaged goods. If the product you have received is faulty or described incorrectly or a warranty exists on the product, please provide evidence so that we can further investigate.
