Premium Jasmine Green Tea 600G x 10Bags 茉香綠茶 is from pretty, white jasmine flowers, picked early in the day and layered with high-quality green tea when the tiny petals are tightly closed. As night falls the petals open and release their light, aromatic, floral fragrance into the tea giving it a delicate, refreshing taste.
We carefully selected high-quality tea leaves processed by a Taiwanese tea factory.
Brilliant with creamer, fruity syrup, or jam, and ideal for making delicious milk or fruit-flavoured tea.
Our teas are from Taiwan.
Usage and servings:
- 600G x 10Bags
- Each container has a 600g net weight.
Storage instructions:
Shelf Life: Up to 24 months unopened. Ambient storage until opened. Keep in a cool, dark, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Minimum 2 months shelf life unless specified otherwise.
Our tea leaves are sealed after being dried at high temperatures and thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, the packaging may occasionally lose its vacuum seal during transit due to unavoidable impacts. This does not affect the quality of the product. Please consider if you are concerned about the lost vacuum situation before purchasing.

Remarks:
- If 5-6 boxes of the product are fragile (popping balls or coconut jelly), pallet delivery will be applied.
- Please inform us by email/ Whatsapp if there are any specific delivery instructions.
- Please contact us by email/ Whatsapp if you have a special request for same-day or Saturday delivery. Extra cost will be applied.
- Pallet delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm. If re-delivery is required, redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged package, we advise capturing photographic evidence from various angles in clear light to aid us in resolving the issue with the courier company.
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at info@bobaformosa.co.uk or contact us with photographic evidence of all the items received. This will enable us to investigate the matter promptly and take corrective action as necessary.
Furthermore, if a dispatched order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the courier fees associated with re-delivery. We do not offer a free returns service and are unable to refund postage costs or the original delivery charge. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
PAYMENTS
All prices include VAT. Due to fluctuation in material prices and exchange rates, we reserve the right to change product’s price at any time without further notice. The final price is subject to our final quote.
Orders and Payments
Orders should be given in a clear way to signify what products are being requested and in quantity (I.E specifying 3 cartons of Strawberry Popping Bubbles, 1 carton of Taro Powder etc). After checking your order, we send you an advance payment invoice that doubles as your order confirmation. After receiving payment, we will process your order and ship the goods within two business days.
REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food, beverage items and customised products are non-refundable. We do not provide a free returns service, any returns must be organised and paid for by yourself. Should the product be damaged in transit or be handled in a way which would not be permitted to be resold, you will be held solely responsible and will pay the full amount for the damaged goods. If the product you have received is faulty or described incorrectly or a warranty exists on the product, please provide evidence so that we can further investigate.

SALES
All sales are strictly subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable the customer will be informed and a suitable replacement will be offered, if this is not acceptable, the customer will be refunded in full.
